This program organizes and utilizes local volunteers who want to donate their time and expertise to prepare for and respond to emergencies and to support ongoing preparedness initiatives. MRC volunteers include medical and public health professionals as well as other community members without healthcare backgrounds who want to improve the health and safety of their communities.

We provide a reliable community medical and non-medical volunteer resource within Central Nebraska capable of responding to local, regional, and federal public health emergencies, disasters, and non-emergency events. We will provide expert medical assistance, advice, support, and service whenever called upon to do so. Our fully stocked Mobile Trauma Trailer is stocked with all the necessary supplies to provide medical support, water, lighting, power, medical supplies, and triage whenever needed.
